Deck Legality Checker

This module verifies the legality of the cards in a deck. Lists should contain one card per line (count is acceptable) without any additional information (e.g. printing or set). Note that it will not enforce the 60-card deck size minimum or the maximum copies of a card allowed (4 cards unless modified by another rule).
